Hey everyone, many of you know this, but some of you do not. My best friend LeAnne had someone try to break into her house yesterday. She was not home, but her neighbor across the street heard dogs barking and saw a guy trying to open the door with a screw driver. Fortunately, she yelled at him and scared him off before he was able to get in. He may have even tried to poison her dog, Skoobi. Skoobi appears to be ok though. Please pray for LeAnne. The lock on her door is shot and she's still trying to get one to replace it. She's getting ready to leave on furlough in about a week, so this couldn't have happened at a crazier time. In addition, and I believe that this was probably a major contributing factor, since we were kicked out of our house, all of our stuff is at her house. It doesn't all fit inside, so there was stuff out on the glassed in porch that the front door opens into, so people can easily see it. Anyway, praise the Lord that every seems to be ok. Just pray for strength and safety for LeAnne and Skoobi and all of their possessions (and ours too). Thank you for being such faithful friends to me. It's been wonderful to have you all along side me during this incredibly difficult time.
